Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with configuration Cloud ERP management tools and release management processes.
• Familiarity with Cloud ERP environment provisioning technologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles; ITIL certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cloud ERP environment changes and release management.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to support availability and stability.
• Develop and maintain processes for configuration management, provisioning, and monitoring.
• Document changes and generate reports on performance, compliance, and effectiveness.
• Support change management procedures to minimize disruptions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in team activities and promote best practices across the organization.
