Will support the change management process in the Cloud ERP environment, including assessing change requests, evaluating impact, and coordinating approvals. They will help establish and enforce change control procedures for changes to the Cloud ERP environment to minimize disruptions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaboration with stakeholders to prioritize and schedule changes to the Cloud ERP environment, ensuring minimal impact on operations, is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the candidate will assist in communication and training on changes to the Cloud ERP environment to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
will maintain accurate documentation of the Cloud ERP environment configurations, change requests, and approvals. They will generate regular reports on the Cloud ERP environment and change management activities, including metrics on performance, compliance, and effectiveness. Analyzing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization is also part of the role.
Participates in the ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs, and policies; coordinates work to ensure best practices with all team members. Attends appropriate team meetings. As a member of the Team, fosters strong cohesiveness regarding all major issues, e.g., direction, annual plan, budget, policy changes, etc. Accepts responsibility to quickly identify any areas that lack cohesiveness, bringing them to the attention of the team leader and working with the team in a supportive manner to resolve issues and actively look for ways, and reinforce actions needed, to achieve synergy possible within the larger organization.
Is familiar with Simmons’ established operating systems (e.g. quality, security, office environment, company policies, LEAN); understands the responsibility to maintain familiarity with the systems and this position’s role in support of these systems - including a consideration of the impact of individual actions on the systems and the responsibility to communicate concerns and improvement ideas.

5+ Experience with configuration Cloud ERP management tools and release management processes. Familiarity with Cloud ERP environment provisioning technologies
Working knowledge of ITIL principles and practices; ITIL certification is a plus Preference for food processing organization.
Associate’s degree in information services, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering or related degree or 2 years work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Services, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering or related degree.
