Job summary

Kahana Feld seeks an Enterprise Applications Specialist to support the firm’s enterprise app portfolio, provide day-to-day administration, and assist with configuration, testing, and rollouts. You will develop training materials and run training sessions for users with varying technical levels.

Responsibilities include documenting resolutions, coordinating UAT and communications, and ensuring security and change management compliance across applications.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a cloud or SaaS environment.
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory, SSO, and identity/access management.
• Experience creating clear user documentation and delivering technology training to individuals or groups.
• Strong customer service, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration of cloud-based applications, including configurations, user settings, permissions, workflows, and changes.
• Assist with evaluation, testing, configuration, and deployment of new applications and updates.
• Monitor notifications, service availability, and release information.
• Serve as escalation point for incidents and investigate solutions.
• Document resolutions and recurring issues for knowledge base.
• Coordinate testing, launch communications, training, and feedback after rollouts.
• Develop training plans and materials for new applications and updates.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training for diverse employees.
• Create user guides, FAQs, SOPs, and runbooks; train service desk staff.
• Review tickets and feedback to identify gaps and improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve application use and processes.
• Follow security, privacy, records management, and change management requirements.
• Support access management activities including SSO and MFA provisioning.
• Partner with infrastructure and security on integrations and incident response.
• Open vendor cases, provide diagnostics, test solutions, and confirm resolution.
• Assist owners with vendor reviews, licensing info, renewal planning.
