Job summary

Kahana Feld seeks an Enterprise Applications Specialist to support the firm’s cloud-based application portfolio, providing day-to-day administration, testing and rollouts, and practical training materials.

You will monitor issues, serve as the escalation point, document resolutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve app use while maintaining security and records management standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise applications in cloud or SaaS environments.
• Experience in a legal or professional services setting is a plus.
• Hands-on with Azure AD, SSO, and identity/access management.
• Ability to create clear user documentation and deliver training.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of application security and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with law firm applications such as iManage, NetDocuments, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration of cloud-based applications, config, users, permissions.
• Evaluate, test, configure, and deploy new apps, features, integrations.
• Monitor notifications, issues, service availability, release info.
• Serve as applications escalation point; investigate incidents and resolve.
• Document resolutions and recurring issues; track improvements.
• Coordinate UAT, launch communications, training and feedback.
• Develop training plans and materials for new apps and updates.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual and 1:1 training across skill levels.
• Create user guides, knowledge base, SOPs, and runbooks.
• Train service desk and IT staff on features and troubleshooting.
• Review tickets/feedback to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve app use and processes.
• Follow security, privacy, records management and change controls.
• Support access management, SSO, MFA, provisioning workflows.
• Partner with infrastructure/security on integrations, risk, and incidents.
• Open/manage vendor cases; test solutions and confirm resolution.
