Job summary

Kahana Feld is seeking an Enterprise Applications Specialist to manage and optimize a cloud-based application suite across the firm. You will administer day-to-day configurations, support users, document resolutions, and coordinate rollouts with training materials.

In this role you will partner with security and infrastructure teams, create user guides, deliver training, and help drive practical improvements while adhering to firm policies on security, privacy, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS or related field required.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise applications in cloud/SaaS environments.
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment is a plus.
• Hands-on with Azure AD, SSO, and identity/access management.
• Ability to document processes and deliver technology training to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration of cloud-based applications, configurations, user settings, permissions, workflows, and changes.
• Assist with evaluation, testing, configuration, and deployment of new apps, features, updates, and integrations.
• Monitor notifications, issues, service availability, and release information.
• Serve as escalation contact for applications, investigate incidents, and propose solutions.
• Document resolutions and recurring issues; coordinate user acceptance testing and launch communications.
• Develop and deliver training plans and materials for new apps and major updates.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and one-on-one training for users of varying tech levels.
• Create and maintain user guides, knowledge base articles, and SOPs; support runbooks.
• Coordinate with security and infrastructure teams on integrations, access issues, and risk remediation.
• Open vendor support cases, provide diagnostics, and confirm resolutions.
