Job summary

PACCAR's IT Division in Renton, WA seeks a curious and motivated IT intern focused on Enterprise Scale Cloud Services. You’ll explore new technologies, work with technical teams, and possibly lead projects, gaining real-world experience and skill development.

The internship is designed to develop expertise in cloud deployments, containerized workloads, and DevOps practices, with opportunities to contribute to multi-cloud initiatives and improve cloud operations.

Qualifications

• Experience coding in Python, Typescript or Rust.
• Experience with shell scripting (bash or PowerShell).
• Understanding of GitHub and CI/CD automation.
• Understanding of Cloud or distributed computing concepts.
• Familiar with networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deployment of Cloud services to multi-cloud environments using DevOps methodologies.
• Instrumentation of deployments to enable networking and containerized workload.
• Cloud operations improvements.
