Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Cloud Computing or a related field.
• Familiarity with IT service management concepts and experience using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or Jira).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and triage service tickets for the Cloud Platform & Enablement team and escalate as needed.
• Update cloud resource inventories across Azure and GCP and document findings for remediation.
• Audit IAM roles, group memberships, and permissions to enforce least‑privilege access.
