Qualifications

• Foundational IT & Cybersecurity knowledge from coursework, internships, or projects.
• Security tool experience is desirable and helpful.
• Ability to present and discuss security topics confidently.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations, threat detection, and incident response.
• Learn to monitor security alerts from SIEM, EDR, identity, cloud, and email platforms.
• Develop skills in security event analysis, threat hunting, and investigations.
• Collaborate with security analysts and engineers on incident response processes.
• Build knowledge of common cyber threats and defensive controls.
