Job summary
Artisan Analytix LLC is seeking a Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Consultant to support a large public-sector IT services program. This mid-level to senior individual-contributor role will help strengthen how disaster recovery is planned, tested, coordinated, and reported across business stakeholders and technology service providers.
We are looking for a practitioner who combines effective DR fundamentals with practical modernization: clearer recovery workflows, less manual status
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT disaster recovery, continuity, or resilience.
- Experience developing DR plans and runbooks and coordinating recovery exercises.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and suppliers and maintain documentation.
- Strong written communication and facilitation skills.
Responsibilities
- DR planning and business alignment with business and technical owners.
- Plan and facilitate exercises, tests, and failover/failback activities.
- Design or enhance dashboards to track recovery milestones and progress.
- Reduce manual status collection with approved reporting tools and automation.
- Assess dependencies across on-premises and cloud, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate supplier and service-owner updates and track corrective actions.
