Job summary

AWS Cloud Economics Scale team in Seattle is seeking a Sr. Business Development Manager to help enterprises quantify value of cloud adoption and scale programs across stakeholders.

You will partner with Sales, Cloud Economics, Business Development and Marketing to design metrics, benchmarks, and go-to-market motions that translate customer needs into scalable value propositions. You will excel in ambiguity, data-driven decision making, and communicating to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of professional or military experience.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• 6+ years experience in financial analysis, value engineering, or value advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Explore new and better ways of helping customers understand the value of the cloud through new metrics and benchmarks.
• Execute go-to-market motions with business development plans and collaterals for internal and external customers.
• Create scalable mechanisms and programs to drive standardization and adoption of best practices.
• Work with AWS Sales, Cloud Economics, Business Development and Marketing teams to understand customers' challenges and develop solutions to meet these challenges.
• Drive operational and strategic planning with leadership based on the voice of the customer.
