Wipro is seeking a Sales Leader for its Industry Cloud & Digital Practice in Healthcare to drive cloud transformation, digital innovation, and industry-specific solutions across modernization, development, SRE/DevOps, and QE. You will lead practice development, client engagement, and delivery excellence while aligning with Western US market dynamics and regulations.

Sales Leader for Wipro’s Industry Cloud & Digital Practice- Healthcare

Lead Wipro’sIndustry Cloud & Digital practice, drivingcloud transformation,digital innovation,industry-specific solutionsacrossMainframe/Legacy Modernization,Application Development,SRE/DevOps,Application Management Services (AMS), andQuality Engineering (QE). The role focuses onpractice development,client engagement, anddelivery excellence, ensuring alignment with Wipro’s Industry Cloud and Digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Practice Leadership & Growth
  • Define and execute thego-to-market strategyfor Industry Cloud & Digital.
  • Driverevenue growth,profitability, andmarket sharethrough strategic planning and client acquisition.
  • Developindustry-specific cloud offeringsleveraging Wipro Industry Cloud & Digital platforms.
  • Own end‑to‑endmodernization roadmaps(assessment → strategy → execution) formainframe/legacy systems.
  • Overseecloud‑nativeapplication design and development, API ecosystems, and **microservices** adoption.
  • Stand upDevOps/SRE practices: reliability budgets, SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, incident response, and post‑mortems.
  • Help customers withShift-Left strategies, including test automation Roadmap at unit/API/UI layers and performance engineering and setting up Test Centers of Excellence.
  • Serve as atrusted advisorto CXO and Director levels on modernization, cloud, and digital operating models.
  • Facilitate executive workshops, POVs, and transformation roadmaps aligned toWestern US marketdynamics and regulations
  • Represent Wipro at industry events; publish thought leadership tailored to (Healthcare Sector).
• Client Engagement & Advisory
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs oncloud adoption,digital transformation, andAI-driven modernization.
  • Leadpre-sales, solution design, and proposal development for large opportunities.
  • Represent Wipro inindustry forums, client workshops, and thought leadership events.
  • Drive Wipro’s Strategy to be a Consulting Led and AI First Approach.
• Delivery Excellence
  • Ensure successful delivery ofcloud migration,application modernization, anddigital engineering projects.
  • Establish governance frameworks forcontract compliance,SLA adherence, andrisk management.
• Talent & Capability Development
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team with expertise incloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP),AI/ML, andindustry-specific solutions.
  • Drivecertification programsand continuous learning initiatives for the practice.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 12–15 years in IT in selling and expanding services with at least 5 years in selling cloud and digital transformation leadership.
  • Revenue targets 30-50M preferred
  • Proven track record inpractice management,business development, anddelivery oversight.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Deep understanding ofmulti-cloud architectures,cloud-native development, andindustry cloud solutions.
  • Familiarity withAI/ML,QA,Integration,automation, andDevOps practices.
• Leadership & Business Skills:
  • Strongstrategic planning,stakeholder management, andCXO-level engagementskills.
  • Ability todrive P&L, manage budgets, and deliver on growth targets.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Advanced certifications incloud technologies(AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to$280,000.00.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
