Job summary

Guardian Life Insurance Company of America is offering a 2027 Summer Intern position in Digital & Technology – Cloud & DevOps. This paid 10-week program immerses you in daily operations of a global financial services company, with hands-on projects, exposure to senior leaders, and cross-office networking.

Interns must have basic cloud knowledge and programming familiarity (Python/Java or IaC) and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cloud concepts and principles.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, or IaC).
• Willingness to collaborate across the organization.
• Curiosity to research and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Be a self-starter with energy, able to work independently and creatively.
• Learn Guardian’s enterprise cloud offerings and how they power business capabilities.
• Gain exposure to delivering large-scale infrastructure across an enterprise.
• Get hands-on experience deploying apps and infrastructure using enterprise-grade platforms.
