Job summary

CodeGeniusRecruit is seeking a hands-on Cloud Infrastructure Engineer in the United States to guide research and engineering teams in optimizing AI model performance atop cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes.

You will design solutions for cluster diagnosis, AWS service integration, and infrastructure automation, evaluate infrastructure tasks, and help craft CI/CD pipelines. Strong written communication and collaboration with subject matter experts are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, site reliability, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on production experience operating Kubernetes and diagnosing cluster failures.
• Proficient with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or AWS CDK).
• Direct experience integrating AWS services in production (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).
• Experience building and owning CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong written communication and ability to explain complex technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Guide research and engineering teams to improve AI model performance in cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes operations.
• Design and write solutions for cluster diagnosis, AWS service integration, and infrastructure automation.
• Evaluate infrastructure engineering tasks and provide technical feedback.
• Develop guidelines to assess cluster failure diagnosis and CI/CD pipeline reasoning.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency in training data.
