Job summary

Cincinnatus LLC is seeking Cloud and DevOps Engineers to join a GenAI team, focusing on cutting-edge AI infrastructure. This full-time, 40-hour/week role requires hands-on Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS CDK, and production AWS service integration to support AI model training and inference.

You will collaborate with researchers and engineers, develop robust CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to scalable cloud solutions across Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, site reliability, or platform engineering at a top-tier org.
• Hands-on Kubernetes operations with fault diagnosis and remediation.
• Production experience with IaC tools Terraform and/or AWS CDK.
• Experience integrating AWS services in production (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).
• Proven CI/CD pipeline ownership and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide research and engineering teams to close knowledge gaps and improve model performance in cloud infra and IaC topics.
• Design tasks and write solutions for cluster diagnosis, AWS integration, and infra automation.
• Evaluate tasks, provide clear technical feedback, and ensure quality outcomes.
• Develop rubrics and evaluation frameworks for cluster failure diagnosis and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.
