Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is hiring a full-time Infrastructure Engineer in the DC area (VA) to build and scale cloud infrastructure supporting next-generation AI platforms. This hybrid role focuses on AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Python, Rust, CI/CD, and secure cloud-native infrastructure.

Join a close-knit, fast-growing engineering team where you'll define the infrastructure from the ground up, own key decisions, and have significant opportunities to influence architecture as the team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building cloud infrastructure in AWS.
• Clearance Eligible
• Strong Kubernetes experience
• Terraform or other IaC tools
• Experience developing automation in Python, Rust, or Go
• CI/CD pipeline experience
• Experience supporting production cloud environments
• Strong Linux fundamentals
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance

Responsibilities

• Build and scale cloud infrastructure in support of next-generation AI platforms.
• Join an early engineering team and help define the infrastructure from the ground up.
• Own key infrastructure decisions and influence architecture as the team grows.
