Job summary

Verisk is seeking a Development Operations Engineer in Lehi, UT (Hybrid). You will help implement a cloud-first strategy, automate deployments, and maintain infrastructure as code for scalable, highly available systems.

You will work with AWS, container technologies, and CI/CD tools while supporting production environments and collaborating with multiple business units to drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience building large-scale enterprise architectures with security and HA considerations.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and cloud architecture principles.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools Dynatrace, New Relic or similar.
• Experience with containers: Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Deploy applications via automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code and scalable architectures.
• Design highly available, cost-efficient systems and monitor them in production.
• Provide off-hour production support and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business units to prototype new ideas and technologies.
