Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an IT Program Manager for our client in Chandler, Arizona. The role focuses on owning end-to-end demand management for internal cloud platform services, including intake, prioritization, forecasting, and reporting to align business needs with platform capacity and funding.

The successful candidate will collaborate with platform engineering, finance, governance, and delivery teams to translate demand into actionable investment decisions and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• We are seeking an IT Program Manager with experience in demand management and portfolio planning for cloud services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with capacity modeling and tradeoff analysis.
• Experience turning business needs into actionable technology roadmaps and plans.
• Familiarity with cloud platform services, infrastructure consumption, and resource allocation.
• Ability to align demand with funding, capacity, and strategic objectives with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT demand management processes from intake to governance.
• Manage demand intake, evaluation, normalization, prioritization, forecasting, and reporting.
• Partner with platform engineering, finance, governance, and delivery teams to translate demand into plans and investments.
• Analyze intake requests, assess capacity impacts, maintain backlog priorities, and develop forecasts.
• Provide executive-level transparency through reporting and governance processes.
