Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Seattle, WA, is seeking a Senior Supply Capacity Delivery Reliability Planner to lead end-to-end capacity and planning orchestration across strategic, enterprise, operational, and tactical levels in our global cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will drive step-change improvements in demand capture, capacity allocation, and infrastructure build processes at hyperscale scale, aligning cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Experience designing and delivering SIOP transformations.
• Experience with cloud or hyperscale infrastructure planning.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Level: define multi-year cloud infrastructure strategies and lead cross-functional capacity modeling for AI/ML and HPC workloads.
• Enterprise Level: deliver enterprise-wide SIOP transformations and implement scenario-based capacity planning across hardware, power, and site considerations.
• Operational Level: translate strategic demand into regional build and fulfillment plans, ensure readiness amid supply constraints.
• Tactical Level: monitor plans in real time, adjust for constraints, and drive automation and analytics to identify risks.
