Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to lead cloud managed services delivery across global client engagements. The role requires coordinating with AWS, Azure, and GCP teams, guiding project execution from discovery through renewal, and aligning stakeholder expectations with contractual obligations.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years IT experience, ITIL know-how, and PMI project management exposure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
Solid understanding of Cloud Technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP) with certifications preferred.
PMI certification a plus; strong project management experience.
Minimum 10 years IT-related experience with IT management.
Experience with ITIL best practices and IT operations/support teams.
Experience negotiating and maintaining SLA/SLM structures; budget management.

Responsibilities

Oversight and management of client engagement for major Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
Execute Intra Company Agreements (ICA) contracts.
Manage agency expectations for project delivery and quarterly reviews.
Collaborate with architects, leads, and support staff to resolve issues.
Work with Finance to obtain and track financial approvals for cloud spend.
