Qualifications

• Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries.
• Experience supporting cloud-based or distributed data platforms.
• Familiarity with big data technologies, data processing pipelines or data warehouses.
• Experience with EMR/EHR healthcare technology is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales technical support for cloud-based big data applications and services.
• Investigate issues by validating the structure, movement, and integrity of data across processing steps, services, and data repositories.
• Analyze complex data flows to identify defects or data inconsistencies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with development and product teams as needed.
• Manage a queue of customer support tickets and communicate with customers regularly.
• Document findings and knowledge to improve future support efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on more complex investigations.
