Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to guide strategic cloud customers through storage and data services adoption, partnering with Azure and NetApp teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, drive consumption, and orchestrate success plans with account teams and partners across the hybrid cloud. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or relevant experience.
• Experience with Cluster Data ONTAP and Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure NetApp Files (ANF).
• Excellent communication and executive presence are required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
