Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Share Outcome Customer Engineer for multiple US locations including Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Kirkland, New York, Los Angeles, Reston, and Sunnyvale. You will lead end-to-end deployment plans, resolve blockers with coding and systems design, and drive customer workloads from agreement to consumption while identifying expansion opportunities.

Preferred candidates have 6+ years in cloud native architecture, experience with change management, and ability to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
• Experience in programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
• Experience working with, presenting to, or influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and orchestrate a structured, end-to-end deployment plan across customer, professional services, and partner teams.
• Employ coding, debugging, or systems design to resolve technical blockers and accelerate deployment.
• Drive and track progress of the initial and ongoing ramp of workloads from agreement to consumption.
• Identify expansion opportunities for new workloads within the account during project execution.
• Drive sustainable product usage to help customers realize value and renewals.
