Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Customer Engineer in Phoenix, AZ to help customers adopt and optimize Google Cloud solutions. You will leverage cloud expertise to guide deployments, perform demonstrations, and resolve complex technical challenges on behalf of clients.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful adoption while building strong customer relationships and showcasing best practices for scalable, secure cloud architectures.

Qualifications

Four year college education in software engineering or related field.
Experience in distributed computing and cloud market elements.
Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Rouse clients and teammates to tackle tough problems with innovative and novel solutions.
Work with the team to identify opportunities, qualify client issues and craft a plan to resolve them.
Manage the technical relationship with Google's clients, including briefings and coordinating additional technical resources.
Demonstrate and model Google Cloud product integrations in client environments and partner contexts.
Suggest architectures, deployment approaches, and platforms to implement complete cloud solutions.
