Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union seeks a Product Manager to partner with cross-functional teams and drive the roadmap for deposit products within our Cloud Core modernization journey. You will define features, articulate value, and serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology partners.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in product management, strong communication, agile experience, and a related degree. This on-site role is based in Vienna, VA with Pensacola as a secondary location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management.
• Ability to break down undefined problems and identify solutions.
• Curiosity for how technical processes flow.

Responsibilities

• Define recommendations for product initiatives meeting stakeholder needs.
• Understand business objectives, risk tolerance, and stakeholder needs.
• Support end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
• Ensure alignment across teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Prioritize work to support delivery plans and progress.
• Conduct market and stakeholder research to anticipate needs.
• Define and communicate product direction and roadmap.
• Identify and help resolve project issues and risks.
• Represent internal partners' needs in product decisions.
• Communicate clearly to support leadership decisions.
• Assist change management related to product updates.
