Capital One seeks an experienced Manager, Product Manager, Bank Modernization in New York to help simplify how we build, launch, and service financial products. Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related field), Business or Marketing.
OR Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead omni-channel acquisitions strategy and decisioning framework for profitability across digital and human interactions.
Collaborate with customers, frontline associates, designers, technologists, analysts, marketers and data scientists to build cutting-edge solutions.
Drive transformational leadership by building and mentoring cross-functional product teams.
