Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Software Engineer, Control Plane to help build and scale the Crusoe Cloud control plane. You will own services within the IaaS platform, ensuring fault tolerance and high performance as Crusoe scales for AI workloads.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in software development, with Go preferred (Rust or C++ also valued), and experience with distributed systems and Kubernetes. Join a team that ships fast and deeply cares about reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience with Go, Rust, or C++.
• Experience building distributed systems or managed cloud services.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Postgres.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain microservices powering the Crusoe Cloud control plane.
• Implement IaaS primitives for high throughput and low latency provisioning.
• Collaborate with Product, Networking, and Storage teams on cloud features.
• Improve observability, testing, and reliability of distributed systems.
• Participate in design reviews and onboard new engineers.
