Rite-Hite is seeking an experienced infrastructure leader to drive strategy for cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient platforms. You’ll mentor a small team while collaborating with cybersecurity, IT operations, and business partners to align technology with business goals.

You will spearhead IaC adoption, automation, and modernization across multi‑cloud and on‑premises ecosystems, balancing performance with cost governance and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or hybrid computing environments.
• Minimum three years of management or technical leadership experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, and operating cloud, hybrid, and enterprise infrastructure platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP/VMware/Windows Server/etc.).
• Certifications such as AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, Microsoft, or ITIL are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute enterprise cloud and compute infrastructure strategy aligned with business and security objectives.
• Lead infrastructure architecture across cloud, hosted, hybrid, and on‑premises environments.
• Champion IaC and automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for scalability and consistency.
• Oversee MSPs and ensure SLAs, security, and change management requirements are met.
• Drive modernization, cost governance, and platform consolidation initiatives.
