Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs, and triaging technical issues.
• 5 years of experience with computer networking and web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, DNS).
• Experience as a system administrator with Linux/Unix, or Windows systems.

Responsibilities

• Own key customer issues and provide level two support to other teams.
• Troubleshoot technical problems for customers, including debugging and networking tasks.
• Update documentation and, when needed, code/scripting to improve tools and processes.
• Help drive adoption and success of Google Cloud products across customer environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve Google Cloud and underlying architectures.
