Qualifications

• Five+ years in professional accounting, preferably in services/consulting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Experience with not-for-profit clients.
• Strong GAAP knowledge.
• MS Office proficiency; Sage Intacct/NetSuite experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide exceptional service to clients including accounting and advisory services.
• Manage production of monthly, quarterly, and financial reports and benchmarking.
• Provide recommendations for business and process improvements.
• Collaborate with other managers to ensure efficient workflows across offices and between audit and tax functions.
• Coach, train, and mentor staff on client service, tax, and accounting matters.
• Oversee and manage current client engagement teams.
• Provide leadership by promoting teamwork and managing workflows.
