You will collaborate with hosting resources and business partners to deliver new cloud-based products while maintaining rigorous audit readiness and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years in an Enterprise IT environment.
• 5+ years of system administration experience.
• 4+ years of practical Public Cloud hosting and deployment (AWS, Azure, Google).

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize cloud infrastructure with automation.
• Collaborate with business partners to design cloud-based solutions.
• Maintain compliance and provide audit evidence.
• Maintain knowledgebase for long-term monitoring and maintenance.
• Provide incident and outage response to meet Tyler SLAs.
• Document operations tooling and train staff on use and maintenance.
• Follow industry best practices for change management.
