Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience writing technical documentation.
• 3+ years of experience defining process flows, diagrams, and documentation.
• 3+ years of experience creating and documenting test plans, executing tests, and reporting results.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile software development lifecycle.
• 1+ years of experience with cloud hosted platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including detailed technical docs.
• Create process flows, business requirements, functional specs, and user guides for cloud systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business and technical requirements for cloud infrastructure and cost management.
• Design and document processes to support cloud service management, price tracking, and operational improvements.
• Support testing by creating and executing test plans, test cases, and automated tests.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in cloud operations and price tracking and implement solutions.
• Facilitate communication between business units and engineering teams.
• Perform gap analysis, sequence mapping, and dependency identification.
