The Boeing Company’s Specialized United States Infrastructure Operations is currently seeking a Cloud Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) **Sign on Bonus Potential** to join the team in Berkeley, MO, Dayton Beach, FL; or Seattle, WA.
The Cloud Analyst plays a key role in supporting the testing and execution of automated scripts across a range of cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). In this position, the selected candidate will help ensure smooth, reliable cloud operations while providing thoughtful recommendations to improve performance, efficiency, and automation.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation that may include detailed technical documents
Create process flows, business requirements, functional specifications, and user guides, with a strong emphasis on cloud-based systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements related to cloud infrastructure and cost management
Design and document process flows to support cloud service management, price tracking, and operational improvements
Support testing activities by creating and executing test plans, test cases, and automated testing scripts
Identify opportunities for process improvement in cloud operations and price tracking, and collaborate with teams to implement effective solutions
Facilitate communication and alignment between business units and engineering teams
Define in sequence of events, gap analysis, relationships and dependency mapping
Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues related to requirements, testing, cloud cost optimization, and price tracking
Promote best practices in documentation, requirements management, testing methodologies, and cloud cost governance
Support the evaluation and integration of Commercial Off-The-Shell (COTS) cloud tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency
Develop training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to educate teams on cloud processes, documentation standards, and testing procedures
Assist in enforcing various policies that may include security, compliance, and cost management
Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
3+ years of experience writing technical documentation
3+ years of experience defining process flows, process diagrams, and process documentation
3+ years of experience creating and documenting test plans/procedures, executing tests, analyzing results, and/or creating test reports
3+ years of experience with Agile software development lifecycle
1+ years of experience with Cloud hosted platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Azure cloud certifications
Experience utilizing Confluence and Jira for documentation and tracking work
Experience automating test cases utilizing test framework tools
Experience in pro-con analysis in COTS solutions
Experience identifying quality control issues in documentation

Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $89,250 – $139,150
Summary pay range for Senior: $111,350 – $173,650
