Qualifications

• 3+ years writing technical documentation.
• 3+ years defining process flows and documentation.
• 3+ years creating and documenting test plans/procedures and executing tests.
• 3+ years in Agile software development lifecycle.
• 1+ years experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical documents.
• Create process flows, requirements, specifications, and user guides for cloud systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate cloud infra and cost requirements.
• Design process flows to support cloud service management and cost tracking.
• Support testing with test plans, cases, and automated scripts.
• Identify opportunities for cloud operation improvements and price tracking.
• Facilitate alignment between business units and engineering teams.
• Track progress, risks, and issues related to requirements, testing, and cloud cost governance.
• Support evaluation and integration of COTS cloud tools and platforms.
• Develop training materials and conduct knowledge transfer on cloud processes and testing.
