Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Administrator (Mid-Level, Senior or Lead) to join our United States Infrastructure Operations in Berkeley, MO; Seattle, WA; or Daytona Beach, FL. The role focuses on designing, building, and sustaining secure Azure-based cloud infrastructure for enterprise applications and toolchains.

You will operate across network, compute, storage, identity, security, and automation domains with emphasis on reliability and repeatable patterns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Cloud Computing & Infrastructure Management.
• 3+ years designing, building, operating cloud infra with Azure or AWS.
• 3+ years IaC (Bicep/ARM/Terraform) experience.
• 3+ years writing PowerShell or scripts to automate deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure-based infrastructure including networking, compute and storage.
• Develop and maintain IaC and configuration automation (Terraform/Ansible/PowerShell/Bash).
• Enforce security policies and regulatory compliance across cloud environments.
• Build landing zones and reusable cloud patterns to support multiple teams.
• Support environment standup, expansion, patching, upgrades, backup, and DR planning.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for infrastructure health.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, availability, and integration issues.
• Assist cloud migration planning for foundational services and shared deps.
• Collaborate with architecture, networking, platform, and application teams on designs.
• Document standards, operational procedures, and support models.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and assist in RC processes.
• Participate in capacity planning and high availability design.
