Job summary

Honda is seeking a Cloud Applications Engineer to translate complex business requirements into functional SaaS capabilities. You will develop, configure, test, and maintain backend systems across contract management, sustainability, corporate security, and records management.

The role requires a 4-year degree in a STEM field and at least 5 years of software development experience, including API integration, API configuration, and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related STEM field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with SaaS development and configuration.
• Experience with APIs for data extraction and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, maintain, and test assigned SaaS systems.
• Understand customer business needs and interfaces for day-to-day operations.
• Apply continuous improvement methods to improve quality and efficiency.
• Work in Agile teams using Jira or Azure DevOps and collaborate across teams.
