Job summary

AllCloud is seeking a FinOps Business Analyst to help customers optimize cloud costs and maximize value from AWS, Azure, and GCP deployments. You will present cost-saving demos, support client needs, and collaborate with DevOps and Solutions Architects to implement optimization strategies.

The role emphasizes strong analytical, Excel/SQL/Python skills, and effective communication to influence stakeholders and drive renewals.

Qualifications

2-3 years experience in FinOps, cloud financial management, or related roles in a customer-facing environment.
Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting complex cloud billing data.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cost management tools.
Excellent Excel, SQL, or Python skills for cost analysis and reporting.
Proven track record of delivering customer-focused solutions and consulting services.
Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to influence executives.

Responsibilities

Consult customers on cost-optimization best practices for their cloud usage.
Present demos of AllCloud’s Reseller Programs and tools.
Provide comprehensive support for the company’s customers.
Work with customers to determine requirements and success criteria.
Collaborate with DevOps, SolutionsArchitects, and internal teams to implement optimization strategies.
Keep the sales team up to date on customer status for renewal/expansion opportunities.
Create customized cost reports for clients.
