Job summary

The Clearing House seeks a Cloud Platform Analyst to support, monitor, and optimize our cloud infrastructure and platform services. You will collaborate with infrastructure, application development, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective cloud environments across public and hybrid clouds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience supporting cloud infrastructure or enterprise IT environments.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and AWS Cloud fundamentals (EC2, EKS, VPC).
• Experience with Ansible Automation Platform (basic administration and playbook execution).
• Familiarity with Terraform fundamentals and Git/GitHub.
• Basic CI/CD knowledge and Linux scripting (Bash or Python).
• Knowledge of infrastructure and cloud operations, and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration and operations of cloud platforms and enterprise tools.
• Assist with infrastructure provisioning, automation, and configuration management.
• Monitor platform health, investigate issues, and coordinate incident resolution.
• Support platform upgrades, maintenance, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Assist with user onboarding, access management, and service requests.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
