Job summary

D&H Distributing seeks a Cloud ALM Administrator to own the SAP Cloud ALM platform governance and operations. You will manage tenant administration, user access, landscape connectivity, project governance, and post go-live monitoring per ITIL and SAP Activate practices.

Responsibilities include ensuring a secure, auditable environment and enabling project teams to execute within a governed framework across SAP ALM modules and BTP services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, CS, business admin, or related field.
• Strong understanding of SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, IAS and cloud administration.
• Experience with ITIL-based service management and SOX compliance.
• Ability to coordinate across teams without owning functional configuration.

Responsibilities

• Own global Cloud ALM tenant administration and governance.
• Manage user provisioning, roles, and access review processes.
• Ensure landscape connectivity and security postures across systems.
• Configure audit logging and email/notifications for Cloud ALM.
• Administer change/deployment pipelines and project governance.
• Maintain documentation and run readiness analyses for SAP readiness.
