Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc. seeks an experienced SAP Security Manager to lead application security and GRC across SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Datasphere, SAC, and SuccessFactors, while guiding a team of security and GRC professionals.

You will own role design, access provisioning, and SoD governance across production and non-production systems. The role requires audit-ready capabilities, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to partner with SI/AMS and IT leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP security experience with GRC.
• 3+ years in people management.
• Experience with ECC/S4/Fiori and SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of SoD governance and access controls.
• Experience with ServiceNow-SAP GRC integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Security and GRC strategy and governance.
• Own role design and access provisioning across SAP platforms.
• Oversee security for SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP/BDC, and SAC.
• Manage end-to-end access request lifecycle via ServiceNow-SAP GRC.
• Report security posture and audit readiness to leadership.
