Job summary

Lumentum is seeking a Strategic Account Manager – Cloud and AI to lead strategic relationships with hyperscale cloud customers, driving design wins and long-term revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Product Line Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to secure new opportunities and deliver business results in AI infrastructure and optical networking markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Engineering, Physics, CS, Business) or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in strategic account management or technical sales within semiconductor/optical networking or data center infra.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar opportunities and executive-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial interface for hyperscale cloud customers and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute account strategies to win designs and build long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful engagements and customer satisfaction.
• Lead negotiations including pricing and LTAs, and manage multi-year opportunities.
