Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling).
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Responsibilities

• Own code end-to-end from design to development for AWS Connect.
• Work with senior technical leaders across AWS to deliver scalable, resilient systems.
• Develop modern cloud-based contact center solutions leveraging AI/ML and AWS services.
