What We Do

The Cloud Administrator role ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of both on-premise and off-premise Cloud infrastructure supporting core organizational functions. This involves providing cloud computing services through workflow automation, installing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, and monitoring performance and capacity planning. The Cloud Administrator applies communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify, communicate, and resolve technical issues, maximizing the benefits of IT investments.

What You'll Do

  1. Receive work assignments via ticketing system or from Lead Administrators and management.
  2. Perform server hardware/software installation and maintenance for on-premise cloud infrastructure, ranging from standard to moderately complex tasks.
  3. Execute complex technical tasks with minimal guidance from senior personnel.
  4. Install and maintain cloud management tools.
  5. Provide diagnostic and resolution support for problems.
  6. Use cloud management tools for performance monitoring and capacity planning.
  7. Contribute to designing, developing, and implementing cloud workflow processes and procedures.
  8. Support internal and external customers regarding cloud services and workflows.
  9. Provide on-call support during off-hours on a scheduled/rotating basis.
  10. Perform duties outside normal hours as needed.
  11. Work independently on installation, maintenance, support, and problem resolution tasks of standard to moderate complexity.
  12. Assist with complex technical tasks under guidance from senior team members.
  13. Contribute to automating cloud workflows.
  14. No formal management responsibilities.
  15. Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Desired Certifications: Microsoft Windows OS, Storage Area Networking, automation tools, VMware or Hyper-V virtualization.
  • 3-5 years supporting X86 servers, storage, networking infrastructure, and virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server OS and Storage Area Networks.
  • Ability to develop basic workflow automation using scripting and automation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Teamwork skills.

Salary Range: $75,375 - $100,475 Annually

This range reflects an estimate at the time of posting. Compensation depends on experience, skills, and location.
