What We Do
The Cloud Administrator ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of on-premise and off-premise Cloud infrastructure supporting core organizational functions. Responsibilities include providing cloud computing services through workflow automation, installing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, and monitoring performance and capacity planning. The role requires applying communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues and maximize IT investments.

What You'll Do

  • Receive work assignments via ticketing system or from Lead Administrators and management.
  • Perform server hardware/software installation and maintenance for cloud infrastructure, ranging from standard to moderately complex tasks.
  • Execute complex technical tasks with minimal guidance.
  • Install and maintain cloud management tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems.
  • Monitor performance and plan capacity using cloud management tools.
  • Contribute to designing, developing, and implementing cloud workflows and procedures.
  • Support internal and external customers on cloud services and workflows.
  • Provide on-call support during off-hours on a rotating schedule.
  • Perform duties outside normal hours as needed.
  • Work autonomously on installation, maintenance, and support tasks of varying complexity.
  • Assist with complex technical tasks under senior guidance.
  • Contribute to automation of cloud workflows.
  • No formal management responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Desired Certifications: Microsoft Windows OS, Storage Area Networking, VMware or Hyper-V virtualization.
  • 3-5 years supporting X86 servers, storage, and networking infrastructure.
  • Experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization technologies.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server OS and Storage Area Networks.
  • Ability to develop basic automation using scripting and workflow tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.

Salary Range: $75,375 - $100,475 annually. Compensation depends on experience, skills, and location.
