Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience in a non-profit, retail, or customer service setting.
• Bilingual English-Spanish or English-Cantonese is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, oral, and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and high-pressure situations in a self-composed and self-assured manner.

Responsibilities

• Verify guests’ service eligibility and schedule future appointments.
• Assist in distributing clothing to families in a courteous and respectful manner.
• Process checkouts and maintain accurate service records.
• Assist with client intake and refer to SAF programs as needed.
• Orient guests to store policies and locate clothing items.
