San Francisco-Marin Food Bank is seeking a Bilingual Program Associate for Participant Enrollment and Customer Support in San Francisco, CA. You will enroll participants, provide support, and maintain accurate records within a collaborative programs team, reporting to the Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; verify verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Cantonese with strong communication abilities.
• 1+ year experience in non-profit or social services settings serving clients.

Responsibilities

• Enroll participants by phone, online, or paper forms.
• Provide participant support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate participant accounts in the database.
• Occasional on-site enrollment/referral support at neighborhood pantries.
• Administrative tasks related to participants and their accounts.
• Ensure compliance with program policies.
