Job summary

Oak Grove Technologies seeks an Issue Clerk to support laundry services and manage clothing stock at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Artesia, NM. Responsibilities include inventory control, item inspection upon return, and adherence to safety standards while delivering professional service to employees and trainees.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee laundry services including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing items.
• Maintain inventory records of all clothing items with accuracy.
• Receive requests and issue clothing items to employees following procedures.
• Ensure all issued clothing is properly recorded and accounted for.
• Inspect returned items for damage or cleanliness and arrange repairs or laundering as needed.
• Keep laundry areas and storage spaces clean and organized.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide responsive customer service to staff and students.
