Customer Service:

Our customers are the most important part of our brand and our success. We are looking for someone to develop relationships with people in the neighborhood and beyond, who will bend over backward to give each person a great experience when they walk into the store. Someone who will assist with meeting any customer needs.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly service
• Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
• Inspire trust and teamwork in positive team relationships
• Defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
• Follow direction in maintaining standards in placement and presentation of merchandise, and daily cleaning procedures.
