Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for all parties regarding Title Review/Clearances.
• Engaging Title and Insurance contacts.
• Review and approve pro forma or marked up title work prior to closing.
• Confirm title requirements are met and confirm issuance of required title endorsements.
