Job summary

The Inn at Little Washington, an award-winning luxury restaurant and hotel, seeks a Front of House support role to uphold a renowned 5-Star, 5-Diamond service standard and Michelin-star dining experience. You will help maintain dining areas, assist Front Servers, and ensure flawless guest interactions in a high-end setting.

Applicants should be able to enter orders accurately, maintain clean workstations, and assist guests with property questions and history.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards preferred.
• Certification in alcohol awareness is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience with resort/suite operations is a plus.
• Basic wine knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily Front of House operations to deliver a 5-Star, 5-Diamond, 3-Michelin Star experience.
• Maintain all service areas and dining room.
• Support Front Server and guest needs.
• Enter orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate needs to the kitchen.
• Reset sections and keep it clean and organized.
• Assist front desk and valet as needed.
