Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are essential for guest interaction.
• Must be at least 16 years old and well-presented with no visible tattoos.
• Must have reliable transportation and be on time to scheduled shifts.
• Open to working weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; cross-train across departments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily Front of House operations to deliver a 5-Star, 5-Diamond, 3-Michelin Star experience.
• Maintain all service areas and dining room standards.
• Greet guests and provide beverage service.
• Input breakfast orders in the POS and manage table setup.
• Train new employees to established standards and knowledge of Forbes, Michelin, AAA, Relais & Chateaux.
